#Cycle 3 / Dancers’ Application
Open from 1st of June until 30th of June.
We are looking for enthusiastic, quality professional and semi-professional dancers with strong contemporary dance technique, to join the open workshops and the performance production of Cycle #3 from 15th of August until 10th of September.
The opportunity for participation will be given to applicants who will fulfill all eligibility criteria and provide the requested documentation, but most importantly it will be awarded to strong willed, proactive and professional artists or semi-professionals with the ambition to pursue their career in dance.
A maximum of 40 applicants can participate in each workshop, out of which only 7 dancers will be selected for the production part. Out of these 7 dancers, we envisage that at least 4 dancers are graduated professional dancers, and a maximum of 3 can be talented semi-professional dancers.
The selection of the seven dancers will be done by the choreographer upon the participation in the open workshops.
We –
expect:
Participate in the three days dance intensive / 4 hours of dance workshops per day
If selected amongst the 7 dancers, full availability 5-8h per day throughout the residency and the tour
Participation in the national tour with the performance to Skopje and three other cities
Active participation in the artists’ talks following each performance
Permission for social media coverage of the workshop, residency and performance and if applicable being filmed and interviewed
Be willing to join a regional tour and/or a festival in Skopje in case additional funding is secured

Honorary for the production residency and the tour: 17500 MKD / gross amount
Accommodation, travel and food during the tour

Criteria
 Citizenship of North Macedonia
Age of 16+
A dance school or university diploma, or at least 3 years of experience in dance that would be additionally evaluated within the audition process
Full Time availability for the workshop and – if applicable – the production residency
Payment of participation fee of MKD 900 before the 25th of December 2022
